How apostille order tracking works
When you order through Apostilles.us, your apostille application status updates as it moves through our workflow. Received means we have your documents and payment. Processing means our team has prepared your true copy and submitted it to the right authority. With the Secretary of State (or the U.S. Department of State for federal documents) means the authentication is in the government's hands. Shipped means your finished apostille is on its way back to you with tracking.
You do not have to keep checking this page. We send email notifications at each step, from the moment we receive your order to the day it ships, so you always know where your apostille stands without logging in.
Tracking an apostille you ordered elsewhere
If you submitted your documents directly to a state office, there may be no public tracker to check. Most state Secretary of State offices do not offer online status lookup for apostille requests. If you ordered directly, the most reliable option is to contact that office by phone or email and reference your submission date.
