- 3Join with valid ID — Connect via video with a U.S.-commissioned notary. You will need a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification.
- 4Document notarized — The notary completes the notarization digitally. Your notarized document is ready for apostille processing.

- Clients located outside the U.S. who need a U.S. notarization
- True Copy apostille workflows where digital notarization is accepted
Not accepted for Original Protocol orders
For Original Protocol apostille processing, the document must be notarized by a physical notary in the same state where the document was issued. Remote Online Notary is a digital notarization and does not satisfy this requirement. Consider a Mobile Notary instead.
